This stuff was better than I expected. Have used the local box store stuff but this is way better. Holds really strong. I'm also using it in a non traditional way. To fill gaps around our house foundation as it is surrounded on all side by tar. Being in New England frost moves everything in winter. Tried many products but every year it just pulls apart from frost and lets water get under and pushes the stuff up. This stuff will break down a little but the nice part it still fills in cracks as it breaks down and still hold back the rain from getting under it. We just go around the house at the end of summer and add a little more were needed, wet, repeat and done. No caulking gun no putty knife and no torch to heat that other stuff. Yes tried that stuff also. Easy peasy. Oh and it's even better for pavers as well. A little pricey but worth it. Highly recommend.
