Great for tracking your food and fitness!
I track my diet through an app on my phone, but I find having an actual physical journal to be more beneficial to me. The book allows you to track your progress for 100 days. On each page you can track what you eat for each meal, plus snacks. You can track your fitness, how much water you drink, protein eaten, sleep. It also allows you to track your moods (smiley face, frown face, etc). It has a spot where you can list total calories, but I don't track calories so I list my total Weight Watchers smart points instead. This book has been very helpful to me.

Good and simple
Overall, its a good exercise book. I wish it had some recipes or motivations quotes or tip of the day kind of thing. For that price, however, its a good value.

Great journal
Does exactly what you need it to. Only complaint is that the writing space for exercise is small. If you go to the gym twice in one day, be prepared to write very small.

This book is exactly what it appeared to be from the photos. Very helpful for tracking exercise and food in the same place. It would be nice if there was a spot for supplements/ medications to help you get the full picture of why you may/ may not be making progress, but otherwise perfect.

This book is awesome. Covers a ton of things I wanna record. I don't log protein , so instead I put how many fruits/ veggies I had because my goal is to eat more. Awesome book. Wish they had one for a year but 100 day comparison is good

Great tracker for food and fitness
I love this tracker! I've been using it for over a week now, and I love that it has room for all my food and exercise. Also, the fact that it has measurements every 25 days is a nice touch as well. I will be buying this again in about 3 more months :)
