So got this for my grandson as well. This movie came out in 1975 the same year as his grandpa was born. Excited because little one loves sharks already

A cute book I bought to read to my daughter.

So I'll admit I no longer have kids that are age appropriate for this book. Honestly, I bought it because I remember Little Golden Books from when I was a kid, and the combination of that format, Funko Pop and Jaws really intrigued me. Despite being a bit too advanced for this level of reading, I found the book amusing, and I think it would be a good fit for a child's library. I find it a bit odd that they chose a property that is definitely not suitable for the book's target age range (I suppose they were banking on the Baby Shark phenomenon?), but they did a decent job of making the not so childish story work in a youth friendly atmosphere. And it handles the idea of opposites well, which at the end of the day is the reason for the book anyway.

Super cute Jaws story. Written like for little kids. The art work is great. Love these
