Easily the coolest so far!
Oh wow. I've been buying and flying these lightweight foam RC planes for 30 years. This model and build quality is by far the best I've seen yet. For under $40 this is some of the most fun you can have or expect. The capability of the plane has exceeded my expectations. I recommend this one to everyone. I love the sleek outer skin of this foam, as it's way more aerodynamic, faster and climbs higher and faster than others in its class and for the same money. Buy this one! You won't regret it, I promise.

Easy to fly for 10 yr old
My 10 yr old son enjoyed being "Maverick" when flying this plane, and I was really impressed at how simple this plane was to fly. My son had no experience flying an RC airplane before, but does drive RC cars. We only flew it when hand thrown, on a day with a light breeze. Also, we did go down to a grassy field (~6 soccer fields long) so we had plenty of room.I was really surprised at how the plane can climb and move through the air because it is so light. The build quality was nice in that the plane is very light, and they added a collapsible nose rubber (to absorb any nose plants into the ground). However, the front wheel has much to be desired, as it isn't straight and doesn't lock into place (like the rear wheels). It fell out a few times (luckily close to where we landed) before it sheared off on one landing. However, I am still able to use the broken front wheel (see photos). When flying, the plane climbs very quickly, however the turning radius is very large. Luckily we were in a large open space, but even then, it did see them that plane wasn't turning and was drifting further out. However, this could also be due to the lightness of the plane and the wind at the time. I don't think 400' control is an exaggeration as I really thought at one point we would just lose control and the plane would come crashing down, but we were able to turn it and have it come back.We crashed the plane several times as it cannot recover from too much of a dive, but as I mentioned earlier, the rubber nose seemed to help control the impact and there was no damage to the plane itself (other than the front landing gear). However, after a few flights, my son was able to get it to somewhat glide down (only nose diving around 3' from the ground).Although the lights on the plane seem cool, I don't think we'll ever really get to see them as we'd probably only fly this during the day.Battery life is great - we flew for around 15 minutes total before we had to change out the battery. I liked that an extra battery is provided (as well as the extra props and landing gear). Note, there is no on/off switch so it tries to pair as soon as the battery is connected.Overall, I think this is well worth the cost and is an easy plane to fly for most ages, as long as there is plenty of space to fly in.

Don't waste your money on this.
Worked great for the first few months. Then battery life became noticeably lower. Would not recommend as it does not last very long. Remote stopped communicating with the plane. Ended up throwing it away because return window had closed.

Pretty good airplane
Very fun and easy to fly plane, the nose cone falls off if you crash it a lot, but you can just glue it back on. It flys pretty good for its price, he really loves these planes and is starting a new hobby. It will get stuck in trees if you’re not careful, when my son first flew it it got stuck but it was pretty low so we were able to get it out. Battery does not last too long, I would say about 15-20 minutes of playtime, but there are multiple batteries and a charger that can charge four at a time. Comes with tons of extra parts, I don’t know what the metal things are for, but maybe I’ll find out another time. A great beginner plane for anyone who likes planes and rc toys!

Fun while it lasted!
I got this 3 months ago, and flew it about 10 days, flew pretty good, excellent battery life. The front gear attachment point came out of the fuselage, but was easily glued back in. Then, I tried to fly it on an ice rink, and it almost got airborne from the ground and then the rear stabilizer fell off.

Best 2-channel plane
I have owned a number of 2 channel planes and this is by far the best one in terms of overall performance, quality and durability. Very satisfied with the purchase.I reinforce the weaker points with surgical tape and have glue/tape ready for repairs. It's not a question of if but when you have to fix broken parts on rc planes. This airplane already came with additional tape reinforcements pre-installed and the EPP foam is denser than average for its class.

Really Fun & Brings Out The Kid
The media could not be loaded. For the price it’s really worth it. Very very easy to put together and get flying. The directions are clear and simple. Each battery lasts about 15m. Watch out for trees cuz they are deadly. Also stay clear from people since it can be a projectile if not careful. The nose is rubber material so no fear when crashing. If you know youre gonna crash cut down the throttle.Overall it’s fairly fun and it took me about 20m to get a good hang of it. I recommend if you want to get this as a gift for a child or get it for your own enjoyment. It comes with rechargeable batteries for the plane. The remote needs 3x AAA batteries.

Risky but fun for a bit
This was really fun to fly but it doesn't warn you if it's running out of battery. It just stops responding and disappears far away. The nose fell off in some trees and brush and we couldn't find it. It doesn't fly without that part. I bought two planes, one lost the nose and the other disappeared after low battery I'm guessing. So it's fun for a brief time but too risky that it will get damaged or lost.
