Herniated Disc Relief
As a last resort I bought these after 3 weeks of suffering. Wow! These are amazing, so effective and really quite hot. They do need wearing over some thin clothing but can highly recommend. Stayed hot for the full 12 hours.

Time of usage
Have used it but a bit confused…It’s very good but does each belt only last for 12 hours..can it be used E.G for say 2 hrs and then the remainder used later…..

Not as advertised!
The package says max temp 60 degrees centigrade and will last for 12 hours.The max temp on my brand new pack was around 45 degrees, pleasantly warm through a t shirt, as advised, but definitely not ‘deep heat’.I first activated mine at 7.15 pm after a shower. By 10 pm when I retired for the night, it was barely warm, not the 12 hours of heat as advertised.These are expensive and only moderately effective. They are well within the sell by date, so, one can only assume they are defective.Not impressed.

Wow
This has helped me so much today. It's the first time I am wearing one, my back is stiff and painful every morning, and throughout most days, but putting this on has helped so much, I also suffer with a bad hip so having the two is hard, and I find I have to walk slowly, very slowly for a 43 year old, but today has been so much easier getting up and down, and walking, I will DEFINITELY be getting these a lot.
