Mahogany Finish Folding Indoor/Outdoor 2 in 1 Wood and Ramp

Awful product, should be pulled from amazon. Purchased two of these together, both arrived in damaged boxes, all the holes were stripped so I used larger screws I had, very small. This will not support most dogs, a cat would be ok but even my 13 pound dachshund is to big for this.

Total garbage, almost impossible to put together, no instructions, after I had it together it collapsed under the weight of my 30 lb 15 year old dog

These are very pretty but not as sturdy as they might appear. The screws that hold the metal brackets didn't really hold and cause the right side to extend out further than the left. The instructions are not very clear and the illustrations aren't always decipherable. I use it for my cat to get to the window sill instead of for my dogs because I don't think it'll hold up to them. To give you an idea of my doubts on it's strength, my dogs are a Pomeranian and a Shih Tzu. Also, the steps aren't very reliable as they fold down on their own because the metal rods used to hold them in the step position aren't as reliable because of the small wooden dowels that are responsible for holding the steps in the ramp position. It's almost impossible to get them in the ramp position because the steps are wider than the frame that houses them. The cloth covering on the steps is flimsy and not attached to the wood very well so the corners fold back at the corners. Worth considering a more expensive set.

This was disappointing, for a 50lb Bassett hound it does not meet whatever it is pushed against leading to a visible gap the dog finds unnerving. Also the stays to keep the stairs up don't fit well and frequently fall leaving the stair a ramp or they fall out all together. While it does work ok. It leaves a lot to be desired. You get what you pay for I guess.

What came was not the same as the picture. The screws don't hold the steps together they are too small! The picture has metal and wood pieces. What came in the box has no metal what so ever! It has flimsy wooden pegs that don't hold. Don't waste your time and money!

This was such a disappointment! The stairs are prices of mdf covered in a thin cheap material that is literally velcroed (poorly) to each board. There are corners of the steps that aren't even covered by the material! There are a few holes you have to use on thexaides to attach to the frame and they are covered up by this material. If you pull it back to expose the holes to attach it, you can't get the material back in place because the velcro is so thick.Very poorly designed stairs. The pic is the best I could do by trimming material edges to make it fit...

Oh my god, I can’t believe that this shopping website that I love so much would sell such cheap piece of junk! I Am so angry that I wasted time on assembling it. It is flimsy, and I thought to myself that I matter as well build my own dog ramp made of milk cartons, it would be just as bad. At least I was able to be reimbursed for​ sending it back. Save yourself time and money and don’t buy this piece of crap!
