It is a strong piece that adds support to the couch base. It is a little short for most couches.

Excellent product; it immediately changes the support of the love seat. I had a sag in my 13-year-old love seat that is in otherwise excellent condition outwardly. No assembly is required; simply remove cushions, unfold the support, and insert. No cutting or measuring required. I wish it had 2-3 more supports for my oversized love seat, but otherwise a solid solution for sagging sofa supports. Great price and adds years to otherwise good older furniture pieces.

We have a loveseat and sofa that are in great shape and look good, BUT they had gotten too saggy under the cushions. I figured it would be worth a try to see if these would help. I bought the supports on a sale day and it was worth it. They have made a big difference in the comfort. You no longer feel like you are falling down in to our furniture. They don't show and look good even when you pick up the cushions. It looks like the black cloth that was already under the cushions. On my furniture they fit on the supports under the cushions perfectly and seem sturdy.

The product works as expected. But the packaging is slightly disappointing. Open the Amazon box (see picture) and what I found is the product wrapped in an old (not sealed) plastic bag. The only brand name to ID it's the thing I ordered is a one-inch sticker on the bag. The fabric looks not impressive also. Let's see how long the fabric can hold with daily usage.

Definitely a must have if you're couch is starting to "sink" from either it being old or just having kids and animals jumping on it. Fits perfectly and makes the couch feel new. Very sturdy and worth buying.

Being 25" deep, this sofa support is great for my old 3-seater sofa. The boards are thick solid wood and should last for years.
