Loved the product but the shipping charges seemed to be excessive!

hood os too far back fro chair.
The hood is set back a little too far from the chair. Therefore, the client for head gets too hot. I had to put a piece of tape and cover the holes. And the customer feels like they have to sit uncomfortably back a little bit.

The media could not be loaded. Is not long-lasting making a loud sound start using the dryer 5 months nowmy salon just open because of Covid the chair are good quality, hair dryers are very bad quality and didn't last only used them for a short time
