A bit larger than expected but its size and stability make it very safe to use. I am only about 11 1/2 stone so no where near the max but I would expect it to take more than it says. I have given a 4 for assembly simply because it is far fiddlier than you would expect and if I wasn't very creative, it would have taken 2 people to assemble part of it as you definitely require a minimum of 3 arms! That said it works a treat and I have been using it in the morning to help stretch my back out before I start the day. So far so good and my back has been improving.

Fantastic value for money. Extremely sturdy and excellent quality. It has already helped me with my lower back aches after just a few days. To fold flat you have to put the head side down pull out the restriction bar an put back in to hold in place. It does fold quite flat for easy storage. I recommend this item if you suffer with back problems. It is also easy to assemble. It does take two people but like I say it's easy to put together. Fantastic item and a quick delivery. No issues here

I got this as I have a bad back. A friend has one and said it would alleviate the pressure. It wasn’t expensive and it does indeed do what I was expecting it to do. It folds together enough to not take up loads of room. I only dropped a star because the holes didn’t line up properly to assemble it in the first place so we had a bit of messing about to actually put it together.

Came with scratches on it. Instructions were pretty awful but I managed to figure it out.Paint already peeling away. Quite hard to get back up from being upside down.Only good thing is that the equipment is sturdy but heavy. I have bulging discs in several places so moving the table to the side gets really difficult.

Was a little daunting at first when going fully upside down,but felt much better once I had spent a few minutes on it

We had a slight problem with the item, not the sellers fault but they were very good at rectifying the issue quickly and without any fuss (thank you). The table is good value for the price and works well. I would buy from this seller again....We are taking our time with using it and not doing too much too soon.

I feel really bad writing this as the product itself seems sturdy and well made. However, I am 5'6, strong, muscular build female but at the correct height am unable to leverage myself to move backwards, without help....even with all my strength trying. My partner is average male 5'11 and the height adjustment doesn't accomodate for him (not tall for UK male). The maximum pin is at my height (5'7) however, the leverage doesn't tally.Such a shame as I have been pondering buying an inversion table for 3 years now and I'm disappointed 😢When I'm finally inverted (via help), it doesn't seem to stretch anything, just hurts my feet!?
