Why did you pick this product vs others?:Great product! Easy to clean and food cooks evenly on the ceramic surface.

Great non stick coating. Cooks everything from pasta to eggs without the items sticking to the pan.

I ordered a two-pan set. One pan had a nice, smooth finish, and on rinsing, the water all beaded up and ran off, leaving the pan dry on the inside.The other pan had a rough finish. On rinsing, the water did not all leave the pan but beaded up and drops stayed in the pan.I contacted the company and was told to photograph the pans and send in an email. (A photo would not reveal the roughness). Having too difficult a time getting satisfaction with the company, I am returning both pans to Amazon. While doing that, Amazon suggested I contact the seller, which I knew would be a big hassle. So I'm having Amazon send two new pans, and we'll see how those are.

These are great! So easy to clean and retain heat well. Nice looking too, so I hang them by my stove for looks and functionality. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

In spite of being super careful to only use olive oil, and never to use any kind of brush to scrub, the non-stick surface stopped working after only 2 uses. Everything burns on.

The media could not be loaded. Bought my green pans when my husband was finally fed up with his eggs sticking to our cast iron skillet. Clean up takes 10 seconds, if that. They wash up beautifully. They heat up quickly. Be sure to only use silicone cooking utensils, as to avoid scratching the nonstick surface of the pan. They’re a heart weight, there is zero chipping (when used correctly) and they work quickly. Loving that they’re non toxic, so I’m not shooting teflon into my kids’ guts every time I cook.

Have had this pan for one year and it held up for about six months. It just won't come clean without a lot of elbow grease if you have cooked anything remotely sticky or have used oil of any kind. Soap doesn't help. Simmering the pan (like deglazing) doesn't do it. I bought this because of the high rating from Consumer Reports and because it is eco-conscious, but I am likely going back to T-Fal which has held up much better for me.
