VTechKidiZoom Smartwatch DX2, Special Edition Floral Birds with Bonus, Pedometer, Vivid Violet Wristband

We bought this item through Amazon for Christmas. With 5 children (one in college now) we have bought so many Vtech toys over the years, we have come to know this company for dependable products, in fact, we probably still have all the products we have purchased over the years, and to my knowledge they all work. They pass down to each child and last through to the next.This product lasted for one day, Christmas Day. She (our 6 year old) took pictures all day with it, put it on the charger that night and in the morning it was in a black screen loop. I managed to hook to a computer and get all of her photos. Followed all the troubleshooting I could find and nothing worked. I contacted Vtech to troubleshoot and/or get it replaced. Since I ordered from Vtech through Amazon, I returned it through Amazon and got a refund, had to reorder . . . .The replacement works great and is still working today. This is a great item, very much like a child’s version of an Apple Watch with the screen size but with kid friendly apps. Wish I had one as a kid!!! Unlike other gifts she has received she returns to this one more frequently.Other than the hiccup with the Christmas gift failure, and a couple week turn around for a replacement it was a good choice. Vtech does stand behind their product and makes it right, whether to help you troubleshoot or return. They refunded as soon as the return was in the mail and showed up on tracking. Had to wait to reorder because this particular watch was out of stock.Not sure if this was an isolated issue with this toy but if you do purchase, they do back their product. I highly recommend all their products for durability and educational value.

Buen regalo para un niño

Kids love technology and most of all they love to play. This watch will give them the opportunity to pretend they are grown ups and to take pictures, make videos and do all sort of pretty stuff with a smart watch just like we grown ups do. This has games and stuff they like and my kid got really excited when he recieved this as one of his christmas presents. It is fun and easy to use anywhere. The battery last for a appropriate time. The bands are really sturdy and resistant. The watch is children friendly because it is really easy to understand and the games are really easy to play. They will be learning and playing and that is something I have always loved about vtech.

The media could not be loaded.  Purchase this as for my sons 6th Birthday as first Smartwatch, it came in a very nice package he was very excited to get it even though he wanted an apple smart watch (kids these days). It looks and feels rather durable and the straps can be adjusted pretty small. I had to cut a piece of it because my son's wrist is very small. it has a camera and video, so far it's worked without any glitches. My son had it on his wrist constantly for about a week until he moved on to something else (as they all do) he does from time to time take it and play with it show it to his friends. For less than $60 this will entertain your kids just as much as an apple Smartwarch. the thing I like about it is it has active apps on it which require the kids to move around, I rarely see him sitting in one place and playing with it. I'm not entirely sure the difference between the cheaper model as I think I paid a little bit extra for some "special edition wrist band" honestly I could have done without it. Still I would say this is a great piece to get for kids 10 and under.

I was surprised at much this watch could do! My 8yo granddaughter loved it! Very easy to figure out how to use & amount of pictures & video it can do is amazing considering price. My granddaughter loved recording herself singing & playing back. She played with it for hours before she even knew there were games too! I was on fence about purchasing it, but I'm so pleased I did. I recomend for any child boy or girl. Best gift I've ever bought her!

I bought two of these for each of my daughters (ages 9 and 6) for Christmas. They are very easy to charge and use! They loved them! They can take photos and videos and lots of fun games and apps to play with. It's not a smart phone by any means, but for this little watch, it makes it feel like a smartphone for my kids. They are enjoying them! And it's helping them tell time.

Not very accurate we couldn’t download the app

This is my second DX2 I purchased for my child, because the first one's touchscreen suddenly stopped working. The watch becomes useless without the touchscreen. After researching other kid's smartwatches, I came to the conclusion that these are still the best choice. My child loves this watch. I hope this second one will last longer.

Hermoso y funciona muy bien. Lo apago de atrás para recargarlo así me dura mucho la batería. Y lo apago cuando no lo uso. Muy bonito y no ha fallado. Llevo mucho tiempo con él y salió de maravilla.Solo agregaría que es mejor recargarlo con un cable propio que con el que trae, el que trae no recarga bien pero fuera de eso muy bueno

De buen material, las correas son como se ven en las fotos, lo único es que viene en inglés pero no es difícil de usar.

Love the watch, exactly as it is advertised. Our charger was crooked and didn't work properly but to be honest I didn't even bother trying to exchange it as I am in Australia and it was too much mucking around for me. It works with other universal cables so that is great.
