What can I say except this salt tastes like salt.I feel like that's helpful for people who just want salt, and for people like me who love to taste things from around the world and see their differences and similarities. This salt is a very pure salt flavor, as in there's not many trace minerals in the final product that my palate can pick up, and the crystal size is OK for a grinder as well, or a chunky salt on something getting grilled. It would probably be a decent size for pretzels, too.The salt is in a dry, white crystal, and the package is pretty compact and handy, being a slim tube a little taller than a US "table salt" cylinder.

This salt is a game changer in the sourdough world. High quality, well packaged, and the flavor is unreal when added to sourdough bread or rubber directly onto a good cut of meat. The value for money is great!

This is a good coarse salt. I use it where a recipe calls for coarse or Kosher salt, and in our salt grinder (we rationalize that using a grinder gives us more controlled and repeatable amounts when we salt our food). In any case, this salt has no visible impurities or flavors, and is entirely satisfactory. The price is very reasonable for real sea salt.Finally, I like the packaging as it makes a colorful addition to the kitchen and how can that be a bad thing?

Grindable salt! I have been purchasing this brand from gourmet stores for ages. I love being able to do my own grinding with a salt grinder.
