Ice Auger Power Drill Adapter - Aluminum - Strikemaster Lazer/Mora Eskimo

Great product! Received in record time! Only problem, which was my fault. I have two 18 volt milwaukee drills, I decided to use the older Nicad hammer drill. Wrong choice, had plenty of power, but it did not have a ratcheting chuck, needless to say my new Eskimo auger niw sits at the bottom of the lake in 9 ft of water. But it did work fantastic for that one 8inch hole in 16inch thick ice it drilled!

Worked great for about 20 holes then completely stripped out. The part that goes into drill was not strong enough and became rounded and useless.

Fits and works. Does a lot of wear and tear on your drill. I have an 18v porter cable drill thats about 6 years old with minor use and the battery lasted 5 holes and at one point the drill started smoking.

Worked good, but the aluminum is so soft on the Chuck end, it only lasted about 10 holes then was toast

Went through one foot of ice in less than a minute with this adapter, brand new blades and a fully charged 1/2" Milwaukee 18V cordless drill. At zero degrees F and after many holes (same battery) , the chuck loosened - and with an improper regrip, the adapter got a little chewed up, which would not have happened with the stainless one. I would have spent the extra $5-8 for SS, but it would not have shipped in time for a weekend ice trip I was taking. If you have time and a few $ extra, go SS. But this aluminum one did work well, and will continue to do so for a while if I grip it carefully each time.

I had to custom for this top work with my auger, but I'm very satisfied with how it works with my drill. Great product but could stand to sell at a fraction of the price. But not saying it's overpriced, it's a good product and they need to make moon very for providing it.

This thing is machined aluminum....the shaft got chewed up up and is out of balance after 4 holes

Fits in our Eskimo and my brother's strikemaster perfectly. Works great!! Must have for a great price!!!
