Q: It says "hand wash only". Has anyone washed them in the washing machine?

I don't think I would wash them: pretty sure they wouldn't hold up.

Q: Are these 2 piece outfits with a skirt and top or single dresses?

They are two piece outfits, and they are super cute!!! Really worth the money! I put them in the dryer (on low) for a few minutes to fluff out the wrinkles, and I couldn't have been more pleased. My granddaughter actually squealed when she saw them!

Q: Does this come in a box or just in a bag?

It came in a very small box. I mistakenly thought it would come in a trunk-like box, but it was just a small box. The dresses were smashed flat, but I fluffed them up in dryer on low, and they turned out to be sooooo cute! You will not be disappointed! They are adorable.

Q: Can these be worn over clothes?

Yes if the child is not too big.. my granddaughter is three and she wears over her clothes..
