I found it refreshing that first of all, they asked in an honest and respectful manner for what they need, and secondly, that they offered no incentive for a review (a move that always turns me off).Packaging and note aside, the matcha itself is wonderful. This matcha has a nice bright green color, mellow taste, and is great for everyday latte drinking. The price point is average for the amount of matcha and the quality is good.
