I've been plagued by poor sleep for decades. Taurine has helped enormously, and after using it for three months, I routinely sleep 7 hours or more without waking multiple times during the night.

Infants need this but adults don't. However if your diet lacks the needed foods or your just getting older. This gives your brain that extra boost you need.

I am a bit disappointed by the somewhat misleading labeling (you need to take three capsules to get 1500mg), but I’m happy with the effects and price.One immediate benefit of taking Taurine that I hadn’t counted on is that I sleep much better than before. I take two capsules in the morning and two before going to bed, and I sleep mostly without interruption. And it’s not just my imagination, the sleep tracking score from my smart watch went up about 10% since I started taking this supplement a week ago.

A bit misleading. Each pill is 500mg and a serving is 3 pills.

My intestines don't manufacture it like they are supposed to. So the supplement gives my body what it needs to process perfumes and solvents.
