Does what it should though only had it one day. I had slight damp issue in a kitchen cupboard and the old dehumidifier died, the old dehumidifier took more water per day but I wasn't bothered as long as it continued to work keeping the cupboard dry. I have put this in the cupboard and it has already drawn water so it is working and it is very quiet at least for now. it is not a big dehumidifier so probably not for a big room but for a cupboard, walk in wardrobe or small room it will probably be fine. It is not going to draw gallons but having had it on in the cupboard for just over 12hrs it has drawn approx 50mls . If this lasts as long as the previous one then I will be happy , it seems to be doing what is should and the auto cut off is good to save spills, but if using in a cupboard etc id be inclined to check every other day to see where it is upto. For the price I am happy with the item may get more for the wardrobes if this proves to work without problems.

It is very small but works great straight away. Bought it as condensation started to appear on the inside of my windows. Collects fair amount of water from my room and laundry seems to dry a lot quicker as well. Fairly quiet, wouldn’t bother me it if I was sleeping. Great product, highly recommend for the wet winter months.

I orderedone of these dehumidifier as, like many others, experienced a lot of dampness in our bedrooms over winter. As yet it is not in use but we tested noise level and are delighted with the 'quietness' of it. As a result we have now purchased a second machine. I just hope it suits purpose but have faith that it will. Good price too.

I’ve been using this all the time since it got humid and it’s amazing. It’s quite small so doesn’t take up a lot of room and blends in nicely with my furniture but still manages to hold a lot of water. I normally go about 1-1.5 weeks before it needs emptying but I do have a mini fridge quite close by in the room so it may last longer without that. It’s really quiet, makes less noise than a fan does overnight so you barely notice it.

We have an old full sized dehumidifier but they are noisy and cost a lot to run so we've been using "desiccant" dehumidifiers like the Unibond ones in our bedrooms in the winter.We still have a lot of water running down the windows, so I looked at this in the sales as an upgrade. I have been using about a week and it IS an upgrade, but not much of one. I think this is only for very small rooms and actually the box says "wardrobe" or "cupboard".So running it for 24 hours in our small/medium sized bedroom, there was about 1.5cm in the container. Its a 500 ml container so I estimate 100-150mls. A full sized unit will pull 10x that amount and in less than half the time. You can expect that, from a tiny unit without a compressor. However, it DID draw out more water than the unpowered desiccant dehumidifiers and DID reduce the condensation slightly.On the plus side, it only uses just under 25W which means at the time of writing this review its about 16p/day or £5/month to run 24/7. Its also pretty quiet, not silent but easily quiet enough to sleep through, basically the noise of a single PC fan. Its easy to use with one button, very small, smaller than the Unibond tubs, and weighs next to nothing.If you can afford a bigger unit using a compressor, it will draw approx 10x the power, 200-300W, and normally be far too noisy to sleep though BUT... You'd only have to run it for a couple of hours to get more water out than this running ALL day. Essentially a bigger one is more efficient and works out cheaper to run for the same amount water.If I had my time again, I'd get a modern, more efficient bigger one and just run it for a couple of hours during the day in each bedroom. However, they are approx. 6-10x the price, and this is saving me £3-4/month on refills for my other dehumidifier.So I decided to keep it as does help a little bit and is still an upgrade over what I had.

Extremely quiet, inaudible in a cupboard virtually next to my bed. Just had a major bedroom refurb and have a coffee-pod machine, plus caraffes of water, in one cupboard. Hydrometer gadget keeps an eye on moisture level, to ensure I don't risk damaging the new cupboard. This dehumidifier quickly brought down the level, to a happy face on hydrometer. Have yet to empty it, as I'm only leaving in on, when using the coffee machine and for a few hours afterwards. Very pleased. Simple and quiet.

Works very well in collecting moisture but have just realised that the auto off has stopped working when it’s full. This has meant the tank has leaked for a long time and caused damage to fabric and furniture. Purchased in May. Can someone from tech core contact me about a replacement for this faulty item.

I have a large expensive dehumidifier downstairs works wonders. It is to bulky and heavy to carry upstairs. With limited room in my bedroom I gave this a try. So glad I did. Ok it's not as good as my big expensive model but it's tiny and inexpensive perfect for the needed space.Don't expect to see much for a few days but keep it on. After about 3 days I found container full of water.
