A meditation must!!!
Meditation is super challenging for me but this makes it easy and accessible for my busy life. I also use it for centering or savasana when I teach yoga and my students love it!

Love this book!
The meditations are so easy to read. Calming, on point, lovely. I find the ones that resonate really stick with you through the day and I'm able to remember and reflect on them which I find helps when I'm feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or I just need a confidence boost!

I LOVE this book - my daughter bought it for me and is posting this review on my behalf. I am a kindergarten teacher and a yoga teacher. Minute Meditations for Everyday Calm is one of the best books I have for short, yet effective meditations to calm the mind and body, for my kindies and my yogi students. It is also a wonderful addition to use in my personal practice, as the meditations are easy to read, with suggested pauses to really help focus within. The book is organized into four sections which makes it quick to find a meditation to suit the need. Check out other books by Tamara…not only is she an amazing yogini, she has written other excellent books as well for yoga teachers, meditation practitioners, school teachers, and parents.

Easy to Create and Maintain a Meditation Practice with This Guide
I just have to say I am really loving these meditations! Beautifully written. As someone who has a headache more often than not, I was so excited to find a meditation written for headache relief when these everyday meditations arrived on my doorstep. Meditation is such a beautiful and therapeutic action, though it requires more practice than I ever would have anticipated. These meditations are such easy-going reads to follow, you feel calmer almost instantly. Whether you are a practiced yogi or just starting to create your own practice, I highly recommend this book to help guide you through.

Super accessible meditations for yogis and everyone else!
As a yoga teacher, this book is a great addition for beginning and ending my classes with a meditation. The author has broken the meditations down into sections such as for mind, body etc. I love this book! I took it to the spa for a first read :)

A meditation for everything!
I love this book. It is filled with short meditations that leave you feeling so relaxed! Smile Lifter is definitely my favorite so far. It honestly can turn your mood around so quickly!
