The product is good but poor handling and packaging on the delivery the product was spilled inside the package

Hej Jag har inte fått en komplett leverans. Det saknas 2 förpackningar. Amazon skickade notice och skrev att pengar ska skickas tillbaka till det kontot de kom ifrån. Vilket konto har man skickat pengar till? Jag hittar inte dem någonstans. Den bristande leveransen består och processen har avslutas av leverantören. Jag kräver ersättning. Med vänlig hälsning, Minoo Ps: det har gått dagar och veckor och inget har hänt. Varken Amazon eller leverantören har brytt sig att kompensera bristande lenerans.
