**UPDATE 6/1/24 The company saw my review and reached out to me to resolve it so i will give them a 5 star rating for service and care. Product: Very disappointed. I have had android boxes in the past that only had 2gb ram. So when this said it had 4gb I was expecting it to be faster. It is slow and very very basic. The apps, like Netflix are awful to navigate and the controller does not work inside the app properly. It thinks it's a phone. Terrible really even though only got it for a kids bedroom. I have 2 Nvidia Shields and those are flawless and are a real android TV box made for purpose. This is a poor cheap imitation of a tv box that doesn't even know what it is or what it should be able to do. Trust me, pay more and get a better one.

The Android Box has proven to be a satisfactory device, delivering decent performance without significant lag. Installation was straightforward, and streaming quality has been consistently good. However, I have encountered occasional issues with the YouTube app, which has been known to shut down unexpectedly. On the other hand, the remote control has been intuitive and easy to use.

Great box

In fairness I did manage to get most of the apps working that I needed apart from Disney + , that one would not load to the device, Iplayer and ITVX , Paramount and Prime all loaded , Netflix pre installed. Howerver even once you have loaded the apps its a slow device get each app started. I was only getting 10Mbits download on my FDDH 350 link , like watching paint dry .Also could not get casting to work so gave up. It may come in handy one day but for now is in the draw and i will avoid any future android TV devices

Great product works exactly as i hoped

Replaced my mams old fire stick and this is far superior with speed, ease of use and compact! Well worth the money :)

l bought this in order to turn my old tv into a smart tv. It worked. However, it's not the best quality. Recently it started to shut down YouTube and go back to the home start up page. And sometimes it does shut down. But l can surf the internet, watch YouTube, and do all that stuff. l wouldn't buy it again. l would spend more and buy a top quality item instead of this one.

Arrived as advised, working well so far. I was concerned to be contacted by seller at ordering time, asking for feedback, caused me to suspect it wasn't a genuine seller, looked like potential scam. Obviously all is OK but I would suggest that in future this is managed better to prevent fear of scamming. Regards John
