The Magnetic LED Light can be mounted to most any non-ferrous metal machine or surface giving you even more flexibility. Speaking of flexibility the light has a long 27-1/2" flexible and positionable gooseneck arm so light can be be focused precisely at the spot you really need it. This comes in especially handy in many shop situations like on wood lathes where being able to see into a hollow form or vase can be very difficult without a light. Being able to shine the light on small areas like this without obstructing your view is invaluable. The light also features a switchable magnetic base which can be turned off and on at your convenience for securing and removing the light. The switchable magnetic base allows you to mount the light almost anywhere on your machine while ensuring it won't vibrate loose during the working process. The recessed v-base even allows you to mount the light on top of the lathe tail stock and many other similar machine type settings. A thick plastic lens protects the light from chips and debris.
