Great Replacement for failing S21 Battery
I purchased this kit to replace my wife's Samsung S21 battery. The new battery works great and is very affordable. You will want to ensure that this battery is compatible with your phone's model. Everything you will need is in this tool kit. Except for a heat source like a hair dryer or heat gun.I would say anyone with moderate electronic repair skills can easily replace their phone battery. The tricky part is getting the back cover off of the phone. Applying a little heat and using the provided tools will easily open the back of your phone.Once the phone is opened up the repair is very simple from here on. There are many guides online that will walk you through the process. You will have to apply some more heat to the front of the phone to release the battery adhesive so you can remove the old battery. Be very careful not to puncture your old battery during removal. After the new battery is in place, the next most daunting step is applying the back cover's adhesive correctly. If you pinch or break the new adhesive, you will compromise your phone's water resistance. But all in all this is a simple battery replacement that will take you around 30 minutes. If you aren't confident in your repair skills, it would help to watch a few repair videos online. Then you can see first hand that this repair isn't as intimidating as it seems.

Decent replacement for a worn out battery at a reasonable price, less than claimed capacity.
The kit came complete with pretty much everything you need to replace the battery. Some of the instructions were pretty sparse but iFixIt has a nice walkthrough (use 90+% isopropyl alcohol and a lot of patience to soften the adhesive on the OEM battery - it's glued in there really well.Installation was straightfoward enough if you follow the iFixIt guide or similar. There will always be challenges "breaking" OEM glues, and the Note 20 is no exception. The actual battery was fine, but ... not the capacity promised for sure. After multiple calibration cycles I'm seeing an estimated battery health of 85% (3,554 mAh as compared to a stated 4,170 mAh capacity). Having said that, if you are replacing the battery in your phone chances are 85% would be a drastic improvement, and at least it discharges smoothly down to 0% with no voltage drops or "sudden death" at 20% or anything - it's an apparently healthy battery that just lacks the full stated capacity. For $20 I got a working battery for an older phone and a nice screwdriver, spudger, and picks. I would have liked to see the stated capacity, but it's made my phone at least reliable again. If you really need OEM battery capacity out of your replacement battery, this is not the one for you. If you are looking to get another year or two out of a trusty old phone, this one is okay.

It works well
It works better than the OEM Samsung battery did.It still gets the normal amount of hot during charging or heavy screen use.It takes several minutes, but once you've figured it out, it it's straight forward, just a lot of things in the way that need to be removed, just to gain access, to get the old battery out.

Absolute garbage...terrible capacity
Update: after several days its already giving less capacity than my original battery that i replaced after 3 years. Junk! Do not buy!My battery life used to easily be more than an entire day no matter how I used my phone. Recently I started having to put it on the charger multiple times a day so it was time for a new battery. On the positive side the kit came with a really nice screwdriver everything you would possibly need and then some as well as the only battery I've ever purchased that had step by step instructions with good pictures and text. But none of that matters to me because this battery is only about as good as the battery that I took out that was on its last leg. I have not used an app to measure the capacity but for what it is worth I actually build lithium batteries and I can tell you with a great deal of confidence this battery either never had a substantial amount of capacity or it has sat on a shelf long enough to lose a significant amount of its capacity. It's not a good battery. I couldn't be more upset.

Works so far for my Note 10+ - Will update after a year
My original Note 10+ battery swelled up and died 3 years after I got the phone. Needed a replacement and I saw this brand didn't overstate the battery capacity nor try and state that the aftermarket would be better than the OEM. No aftermarket standard sized batteries perform better than the OEM installed when you first get your phone. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and bought one.Installed the battery without issue using a YouTube instruction video. The "guide" that they include in the box is for the Samsung S20, and states you should use it as a "general reference" and try to find your specific phone model online. So if you're expecting a written photo guide to remove the Note 10+ case to access the battery; you'll be out of luck. The tools included did their job, but nothing special outside of the screwdriver. The silver screwdriver is actually well made and I saved it in my toolbox for future projects. Everything else is practically singular use and purpose, but they get the job done. Just essentially a bunch of plastic shims and a prying bar.Battery came 18% charged. I drained it to 5%, charged it to full, and repeated the process 3 times since I've installed it. No issues so far and seems as good as my original battery. I will update this review as time goes on to see if the battery holds out. All in all, no real complaints. Everything advertised is what I got (minus the written guide) and it works.
