Oh man, it was so good to hear this again after many years of looking for it. A roommate in college had it on cassette and I practically worn the thing out. This is before the dreaded disco years when Rod could tear it up with the best of them; this album contains some excellent rocking tracks that are best played loudly when home alone! A excellent purchase and shipped on a holiday to boot, now there's reason to celebrate! If the house is a rocking, don't come a knocking!

I wanted to get a concise collection of Rod's best songs from the Mercury years. This one delivered 18 great remastered tunes that sound fresh today, despite being 40-plus years old. The hits are all here, along with a few others that showcase Rod's voice and style (prior to the dark days of disco). These songs are what the critics loved about Rod and what made him a superstar. If his work in the Jeff Beck Group laid the foundation, these songs display the sheer talent Rod had in singing, arranging, interpretation, and song selection. Great stuff.

What can I say about Rod. I have been in love with him forever. Love, love, love, love, love him forever.

I never ordered this and I would never ever order anything like this I promise you. I don't how or why this could possibly show up on something I have purchased, when I never have. This must be a mistake.

Great album, every song is a classic.

I've been a true fan since 1969, I buy all the releases just to keep my collection complete, but if I had 50p for every time the same songs have been recycled, re-packaged, re-digitised and regurgitated, I'd be quite well-off.
