Great to start!
I bought this as I have hip bursitis and tendinopathy. The first couple of times I used it, it was great! By the time it went in the freezer the 3rd time, the "protective bag" was wet through when I took it out of the freezer and the once pliable patch was a solid block (in 2 parts as you have to fold it to get out in the freezer!) I couldn't use the soft side first as it was damp and had to keep it out for 20 mins before being able to use it at all.In conclusion,I don't recommend this at all!!
