Bad product and worse delivery
Their deliver is so unreliable. One time it took 1 week for their delivery to come. Another time their delivery personnel confronted me on why I am asking for delivery. And worst of all, one time their bottle smelled like spit.

Nestle waters tastes better than other brands within same category, cheap for a gallon and usually fast delivery by Amazon.

They never delivery on time
If you buy it, it’s gonna be late, once I waited for 5 days, then they cancelled and I never had the refund. You have to keep send them emails and when the gallon finally comes, the water is super hot. Zero quality. Don’t buy this one. Terrible

Very old bottles
The bottles are old and overused, that even the top of bottle is falling apart and had small loose particles from bottle that could easily fall off into water and can be dangerous to drink from this bottle.
