I bought this for my daughters 11th birthday. Of course I ordered a little while before her actual birthday, to ensure we would have it on time. I gave it to her she loved it, but used it only a few times before it got clogged up and stopped working, and the return date ended only 5 days after her birthday so I'm quite upset about it. What a waste!! My daughter is very upset about it, and I do not want to waste more money on ordering another TRASH product!!!

Can only use PLA and not ABS.Jammed and stopped working with no clear way of unjamming it.Instructions are a joke. I wish one of these companies would just take the time to translate their instructions so they are understandable. Not worth returning. Just junk.

It worked for a while until the filament ran out then I bought some more 1.75mm then it started to miss align then filament tube and just tore it up so don't buy

Absolute garbage. No instructions and worked one time. Now it won't heat up. Made in China and not worth it. DO NOT BUY

Didn't work, Pen wouldn't heat up...

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. We didn’t even get to use it one time because it wouldn’t work. It immediately jammed up and we can’t get the filament to come back out. We bought it back in October so now our return window has passed. Glad I just threw my money away AND worst disappointed my daughter when this was her only gift from us 😭😔🤬

Piece of garbage! Bought it for Christmas and never worked. This is all my daughter wanted and she was so upsets! Of course the close date for return was November 22nd and we never tried it until Christmas morning. There Just ripping people off. Also no instructions!!!!
