Metal Emblem Decal Logo Trim Badge Text Silver Letter W - Not a Set

The advertisement clearly depicts the entire alphabet and numbers 0 thru 9. Perfect! These 1" inch letters and numbers were exactly what I was looking for. I ordered 2. That would give me the letters needed to spell " IMPALA " for a custom license plate on my new car. When the order finally arrived, it only contained two number ( 1 ) one inch emblems and a ( airfreashener ). After multiple email exchanges, I could not imagine only receiving two emblems ( I don't need) and an airfreashener.... really!? No, I don't require a refund. I just want this shopping experience to be over.

letters were good size but...three letters had a thick white backing with peel off . did not know if I could peel off ALL of white or not. now have two different thickness of letters and do not know if they will make it through the car wash or not!! Still have not heard from supplier any concern about the mismatched product after three day since notification

Really!? Expected 5 complete sets, imagine my surprise and dismay when I received 5 individual letters only! And at $3.98 it would cost me $95 to spell out my text! Anyhoo, completely deceptive ad and pics, stay way clear of this vendor!!!

For that price, I assumed it was a complete set. Yes, it's my mistake for not reading the description carefully. I want to help others not make the same mistake I did. I'm very disappointed. If the supplier sees an order for several 1s (which is apparently the default letter if none is specified) and nothing else, it should be obvious there's a good chance the purchaser thought he/she was getting a full set. The supplier could at least check with the purchaser in that case. I'm sure this is not the first time this has happened.

Ordered a red letter. It came chipped, and the paint came smudged. Legitimately looks like a 2 year old was given a can of spray paint and made it run. I ended up plasti-dipping this thing black and am dealing with the fact that it still looks like garbage. Go to walmart or home depot and find letters yourself, don't be lazy and order this crap online.

Thi made a mistake in buying this product and return it, but the quality of the product is above 5 stars Too bad I have no use for it and maybe one day I will haveuse for it. (Great product)
