I have made the mistake of purchasing this Black and Decker Air Fryer from Amazon, and I've never been more disappointed with an appliance in my life. From the moment I plugged it in, it was clear that something was seriously wrong. Despite following the instructions meticulously, this air fryer refused to do anything other than occupy valuable counter space.Thinking it might just be a glitch, I attempted to contact Amazon for a refund. However, it was of no use. Despite multiple emails and calls, there was no response from Amazon's customer service team. It's as if my pleas for assistance were falling into a void.Not only did the air fryer fail to work as advertised, but the lack of support from both Black and Decker and Amazon has left me feeling utterly frustrated and ripped off. It's appalling that a company can get away with selling such subpar products and then abandon customers when they encounter issues.To anyone considering purchasing the Black and Decker Air Fryer or any product from this vendor, I strongly advise against it. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment.

Excellent product

first one delivered was faulty and i filed return and replace which got processed in weeks time. No hassle faced with the exchange process with amazon. But the device was faulty is a question on B&D product's mechanical reliability i mean a brand new product may be faulty without being used and such were not been able to be rejected before batchingout to customers?. The device is so big and bulki than expected. Its huge can cook 1.5 Kg chicken at one shot. Am still cooking while writing this so cant say abt the device and i am using it for first time so cant say comparison comment. As a new user to airfryer this is most convenient on cooking time, taste and texture of cooked meat in it, fat of meat gets dripped at the bottom. As said i was cooking while typing, just now i turned the meat upside and it looks good . chicken its taking 30 min for 1 side and another 30 for other side. Amusing a alumni foil. Between the meat tray and the main tray for liquid to get collected so can keep all clean.
