Excellent for beginners.
The auto levelling bed is awesome and will save you lots of hustle. The resume print is a good utility but doesn’t work sometimes. I recommend this for beginners if they can invest a little more money as it is well worth it.

Bad quality product with Most expensive after sales service
I purchased this printer Ender 3D Neo in februray. I have very mild usagr mainly using it for my ow learing and fun. But just in 4 months, its stopped working with its display hanged. I connected with its customer care on call who were at mumbai. They said our warranty is only 3 months but will try to guide you on software reinstallation but it did not work. Finally I requested them to get me to their service center in Delhi which is in Nehru place. At service center they kept it for 1 week and informed it was software crash. They reinstalled the software and said it is working fine. They asked me repair charges as Rs 1770 which is extremely high only for software reinstallation. When I want to discuss on this high charges, they are not ready to listen. When I asked when your team guided me software reinstallation from mumbai why it was not worked, they did not have answer. This is purely un-ethical and looting a customer. You did not guide proper solution with an aim to extract high service charges is a cheating to customer. Beware who all is planning to buy this printer should be ready to face dire consequences.

It is worth it for the amount
Installation is easy. Holds value for money. The only problem I faced till now is printing ABS material with this printer. I have printed multiple PLA composite materials with different compositions also PET-G is easy to print. But there is a little problem with adhesion in ABS , Otherwise the printer is amazing look wise as well as in function. The print quality of the product is very impressive.
