El dispositivo cumple con lo que promete, pero sin experiencia es complicado la configuración, las aplicaciones son limitadas y complicadas si deseas independencia entre usuarios te limitas a las aplicaciones de la marca

Great NAS for home use
This is a great little NAS for home use and is my second QNAP NAS. Very quiet, you can hear the hard drives spin up and seek, but the fan is very quiet and hardly noticeable. With 2.5 and 1.0 GbE connections there is no need to have it so close if the sound bothers you and has great connections speeds. Easy to set up, but you do need to understand networking a little, otherwise stay away from a NAS and buy a USB device.

Muy fácil de configurar
Ya tenía un nas qnap de dos bahías, pero para un proyecto necesitaba más espacio y no dudé en comprar una nueva versión y con más discos, la facilidad de configuración y el compromiso de qnap con las actualizaciones son las cosas que más me gustan de la marca.

Pass on this one
Seems to be a great value especially with the Seagate Iron Wolf drives. But, it will drive you batty trying to configure it. Documentation has vague and unhelpful definitions and no guidance. Also, if you could finally configure it, the remaining capacity would be about 2 TB less than promoted. Did not call their tech support. Go buy a Western Digital. I usually love these types of units but, even though you could buy one from WD, get one of their brand instead.
