We bought a new 4 Burner built in grill and replaced the “well seasoned” portable we were using for years. The new grill uses far more fuel than the portable so adding a gauge was a must to ensure we don’t run out in the middle of a cook. The gauge rotates to allow for a proper view at any orientation. Time will allow us to learn how truly accurate it is but for now the peace of mind having instant read visibility is worth the priced of this fuel level gauge.

Received quickly. Attached easily and intuitively. Comes with good instructions, but you probably won't need them. It's well made for what it is and for the price. Fingers crossed it does what it is meant to do so no more running out of propane with a full grill. Time will tell accuracy and if it holds up. Initial review, I'm happy with the purchase.

This is a budget friendly item that keeps the guesswork out of "just how much gas is left" in the LP tank. Super easy install, easy to read gauge with Green/Yellow/Red for a quick point. It also has a "leak detector" but I haven't tested that, nor do I care to. Much better than the factory direct connection, with no gauge.

This seems like a great addition to our new grill. Hooks up easily, and works. Assuming it lasts, knowing the approximate level of propane will be very reassuring. With our old grill and no gas gauge, I was always nervous when I began to sense the gas level was low. The Flame King gauge is made out of solid material (brass) and fits perfectly. No leakage, at least so far.

I am thrilled with this !! I am a 68 year old female and had no issues connecting it to my propane tank! Highly recommend this particular one to her. Read on how much gas is still in tank !

The media could not be loaded. As you can see from my video, it leaks. This is the second one in a week.I'm really curious about this. I bought this "Flame King" to replace an off-brand one I bought just a week ago for about $5 less. That one had few reviews, all good, but was less than $10 and looked identical to the one I had. Unfortunately when I installed it, it leaked, so I returned it.I bought this 2nd one thinking I was buying a reputable name brand, albeit paying a little extra for the privilege, but feeling confident it wouldn't leak and if it works, I'm happy. But that's not the case.This thing is EXACTLY the same manufacturing as that off-brand one I returned. So, If I buy another one is that one going to leak too? I don't see a lot of reviews complaining about leaks. Am I the only one of the few who checks for leaks after installing? The last one I had for 10 years never leaked but, I forgot to remove it from my grill before I took it to the dump. I could kick myself. In fact, I think I will.Oh well, maybe the 3rd time will be a charm.
