As Described in Reviews, Well Made Missing Parts
If you missed it like I did, this mount is for a specific make/model of radio, but it's $15 off the next Gladiator mount so order it anyway, mounted a full size CB just needed to drill two holes.Unit seems well made and came with all hardware, nice it's a no drill easy installation, however it's missing the magnetic mic mount, would have been nice had that been in the box. Overall it does what it should, CB is in and mounted however there is no convenient mic mount as described.

This radio bracket fits perfect in my JL Jeep using existing screw holes. No drilling required.

The product came missing parts , so now I'll just figure out another way to mount my cb.

East to install. Would recommend to purchase. And cost less than others. Installed Midland MXT400
