I haven't used it yet as a warm stone, nor have I used it on other people. What I can say is that it provided immense relief after being chilled in the freezer. When pain medication failed to do it's part, a cold blissstone fit nicely in place and stayed cold for a long time. No muss or fuss with ice packs and the stone cooled quickly. The Bliss stone brought welcome relief. I hope to see how it works as a warm stone someday.

I have a number of these wonderful stones in a variety of texture finishes and shapes, and I love them more every day. This stone heats up quickly and holds the heat evenly and longer than natural rocks (it's made of stoneware) and it's very sturdy. It is perfect for wrapping in a double layer of towel and placing under the neck or using in motion around the neck and shoulders or the legs. This glaze slides equally well over clothing or skin without use of a lubricant; if oil is used you may need both hands for best control as it will be more slippery than the Original or Rustic glaze. GREAT product for professionals and clients alike. You can also keep the stone in the refrigerator for cryotherapy use.

I’ve been doing hot stone massages for years and teaching it for schools.I recently learned of synergy stone and thought I’d give them a try. I got Several different sizes. This one fits my hands just right.No messy water and going back and forth. This stone retains its heat really well. They flow along the contours of the body with ease.I’m sold. I’m recommending them to all my therapist friends and will continue to build my collection

really fits the quad muscle , and other muscles, in a way real stones cannot. I havent used it on a client but great for self treatment. a bit expensive and I do not love the prominent logo, but worth having.

I purchased this product for use on myself. My Massage Therapist has used one on my during my sessions and I found it very affective in relieving tension in my forehead, jaw and neck. I felt I would be able to use a smaller version on myself and it has worked very well.

These are worth it. Retain heat well. Sealed and easy to clean. Work great with or without oil. Solid and good quality.
