The media could not be loaded.  i love it! Looks fancy, not very hard to assemble. Took us almost 2hours to build and install it. We are not veryhandy but video installing it helps a lot!!

The media could not be loaded.  I love the look of this. It’s bright and beautiful. Couple things that are mildly annoying. There’s isn’t an option to reverse the fan blades (summer and winter setting). Also when you turn it on from the switch it beeps. Not too big of a deal. Just weird. It is heavy AF so I wasn’t able to install it myself. Needed a macho man to do it. Also, instructions weren’t great so it’s helpful if you have someone who knows what they’re doing.

I bought this mid-November even though I wasn't thrilled with the projected delivery date of mid-December. To my delight it arrived in about one week! Kudos on delivery speed! OK, let me preface some of this with the fact that I'm a reasonably handy DIY'er and I have installed numerous ceiling fans and light fixtures over the years. Opened the box and unpacked everything including the written instructions. Go ahead and wad that up and throw it away. Yes, it's that bad. Fortunately, there is a you tube video that is specific to the model and it really is helpful. So, got it assembled and hung, and it works, yay! I personally prefer the warm setting on the lights and I would have been terribly disappointed if I had to use the other light settings. Did I mention that it's beautiful? It is. Now the down side. If I try to run the fan on high or medium it makes enough noise to wake the dead. It vibrates and rattles....yes the box in the ceiling is more than adequate for a ceiling fan, and I actually removed one to switch to this one. Thankfully it is completely silent on low speed, and it moves enough air on low to make me happy. Oh, and it is beautiful, so I will keep it and hope it doesn't start rattling at low speed.

The main issue is that to get through the 4 different color temperatures you have to cycle the light on and off every time. So each time you turn the light on, to get it to the color you like, you have to blink it on and off and back on at least once. It’s very difficult to assemble. Took us around 5 hours and you have to find the YouTube video to use because the written instructions are useless.

I purchased this ceiling fan almost a year ago but didn't install it until May-June timeframe. The fan did not come with all the crystals or instructions. The light is very bad for my vision and has a horrible reflection on the adjacent wall. The company did mail me extra crystals, but no hooks to connect them to the fan. I wanted to return the fan give that I paid nearly $400 for the fan, but the company gave me a refund. Now, it's six months later and the fan will not turn on by switch or remote. I have to pay the electrician to come back out and install a new fan. I'm unable to sleep with a fan with great air flow. This is very disappointing. This fan is not recommended for long term use.

Amazing!! I was worried about purchasing this online due to the LED bulb color being off. However it’s perfect!! It’s a huge statement piece—everyone talks about it. The only problem is the lack of directions. My poor husband had to install and uninstall the light for hours. Trial and error... but the finished product is worth all the swear words he mumbled under his breath during installation. ;)

The light is beautiful no doubt about it however there was so much that we went through to put it together.1.) The product that was delivered to me had missing pieces( 4 washers and screws). We had to ask a friend that had screws and washers collections.2.) It looks like the product that they sent to me was already opened. Some of the crystals were broken.3.) I bought 42" not 36" however there was no description of the product to verify what I got.4.) The receiver did not work, that means the controller is useless so we had to just connect it directly and use a 2 switches to turn it on and off.

SO glad I bought this. It looks great in my living room! We did use YouTube for instructions but non of the videos had sound so just pay attention and you'll be fine. Husband and I did it as our little weekend project. The room looks like I'm inside of an aquarium!
