Not a doctor, but I use these before going out into crowded places or on flights, and along with a mask, I've not had a hint of sickness. Could be coincidence, but the peace of mind is nice.

This 2 pack came sealed in individual boxes. I do like this one over other saline sprays I've tried. The other ones I've tried have a lot stronger spray on it but this one is extremely gentle. It sooths my passages and appreciate that there are no additives in the ingredients as well
