Just bought it took it out of the box plugged it in and it doesn't even light up let alone work

The media could not be loaded.  Esta bien epico para jugar al Osu o usarlo como para ponerle botones macros, viene con switches marron pero se las puedes cambiarlas a las red, los colores se le pueden cambiar con su aplicación al igual que las macros y todo , aunque lo único malo es que el cable que ya viene no funciona o no lo detecta.

There are several things I really like about this little keypad, in a season where I'm shopping the field for programmable mechanical keypad.(1) It's shorter than the chonky keypads typically in channel. It's only a couple of millimeters, but it visually makes a difference.(2) The base of the keypad is set in a pot of light-diffusing plastic. That works well with the LEDs, and is just cleaner than the layered approach seen elsewhere.(3) The base is weighted, and has a full footprint non-skid rubber of nice quality on the bottom.(4) It's actually branded. I didn't think that would be a big deal, but I appreciate the nominal warranty that a manufacturer's concern for their reputation can offer.(5) USB-C(6) The software is a standalone executable that appears to have been specifically designed to configure their keyboards.(7) The software includes a Macro editor/recorder built-in.The software is a little clunky in its current state, which is as much of a complaint I'll offer in this review. I hope the software is improved and maintained.I would definitely buy a similarly designed 1x4, 2x3, 2x6 keypad, or even something bonkers like a 1x12 keystrip. Five thumbs up!

Good for mouse clicks left and right directly out of the box no software install but is also easy to download and open the app from their website and then select the light color and assign it for left and right mouse click. I did that on a computer and then plugged into a laptop and the mouse clicks were working without installing the software. Works well easy to hold in hand. Can hold it with the three last finger and use thumb to press the buttons with the little usb c cord running between the 2nd and 3rd middle finger. The buttons do have a click noise when pressed. Its alright between loud and not loud is noise. You can double click as well. As in select all text by double clicking. I have it set to one color only on the buttons so the top is lite and then under the button, the base is not lite up is how I set it up. Easy color map to move around to select custom colors still unsure exactly how good the software is but lots there. Overall excellent exactly what I was looking for.For convience you may will want to run a extra usb extension cable from the back of your dekstop computer to your desk so you can just plug this in right on your desk and have freedom of movement if your desktop computer is any distance away this won't reach the back and be useful from your desk even right next to it still be better to have a usb plug under your monitor. Not to say the cord is short, it's 3 and half feet, the cord is from right hand fingers out extended to the opposite shoulder, so pretty long especially if plugging into a laptop or even your pc next to you if your usb port is on front.

Overall, I'd give this product a 4 out of 5 rating. For it's very affordable price, the package value is very good. I had no technical problems, and was able to use it out of the box. Though there are some utility oversights when it comes to the supplied USB-C cable. There is no noticeable latency, the cable itself is just short. It's roughly 40 inches, or 101.5 cm in length, and there are no options for customization on the buyer's page. For me, the keypad came with throwaway keycaps and Kailh Brown tactile switches. I had a pair of Gateron clear switches, and spare keycaps to match my keyboard, that I had planned to put onto the keypad before I bought it, but for someone who is just looking to get the keypad and has no spare switches, the lack of option in the buyer's page is once again an issue. It would be better if you could choose from a set of different switches, but you can't. It does come with everything advertised, including a rubberized pad on the bottom for traction. And it works very well on at the very least, wooden surfaces. It is a hot swappable PCB with very vibrant, but segmented RBG lighting. The only other problem I have with it, is that there is clear way to disable the RGB without disabling your keypad as well. Other than that, the material is very loud. If that's an issue, stay away from this product, if not, this is great for the price. Overall, I'd say that it is definitely worth the 15 USD that it is priced at. But you will probably have to get a USB-C cable and if you care, even switches.
