I started taking these after my hair stylist recommended that I begin vitamin D and collagen supplements when we noticed that the edges of my hair line--the right temple area especially--was experiencing breakage and thinning. I decided to look for a multi-vitamin and found this one, in which the hair-skin-nails support component sold me on. I've been taking this for well over four months now and about a couple weeks into taking these vitamins (along with a vegan collagen supplement) I saw my hair line improving. Now, this multivitamin is a part of my daily morning routine.

Work great. Easy enough to swallow. May be a little large, but I would take these any day over gummy vitamins.

I know people are under the assumption that vitamins make you hair and nails grow faster, but that's not true. They do however make your nails and hair healthier and they don't break off as easily. These work pretty well. My nails flake off in layers and they are really soft so I take vitamins to combat that. So far they have made my nails a bit tougher so I'm happy with that.

I think it’s important to note the size of these pills. I find them undulant large. The photo shows some common pills. Benadryl, aleve, Allegra and then this pill. They also have a smell when you open the bottle. Can’t attest to how they work yet.

As of now I been taking this vitamin for 3weeks. A month will be 14th since I been taking these. I can say as of now this vitamin seem to be working better than Nutrafol . And this vitamin is cheaper than paying for Nutrafol to be so expensive and no progress was waste of time.

Not a bad multivitamin, I take them every morning and I have seen my hair and nails grow quicker than usual! Product doesn’t really have a taste or smell to it. It is a bigger pill so it can be hard to swallow if you are not used to taking bigger supplements. 120 count so the11.99 price was well worth it.I will be purchasing again.
