seems to stay without peeling off

Poor workability with a putty knife.
This product has very poor workability. It does not apply onto a surface smoothly resulting in a rough finish. I cannot believe Interlux sells such a poor product. I was using this for filling over wood screw heads on wood window trim. Perhaps this is old product? I am considering returning my purchase.
