I’m having trouble getting the second rear wheel on. The axle isn’t long enough with all the washers to put in the pin. Is there a trick?

The whole rear wheel assembly should snap on in one piece, both of the rear wheels. Please give us a call at 877 456-5049.

Is it better to get the stroller with the bar or with the tray? Pros/cons to either of these options?

Personally, I would go for the trays right away (which is what I did) . Whether it’s to hold a toddler’s drink, snacks, etc., or a baby’s teething toys, bibs, etc., I can’t imagine it not being useful. My previous double stroller didn’t have a cup or cup holder and it was definitely missed!

Do the cup holders fit wider cups? (e.g. kids' camelbaks)

Hello, Thanks for reaching out. The cup holder is 3 inches wide.

Is stroller padding able to come off and be machine washed?

Hello, The seats themselves cannot be machine washed. We suggest spot cleaning. For deeper cleaning, they can be removed completely.
