I purchased this caregiver a daily logbook among several others and this one is hands-down my favorite. This book has plenty of pages for doctors, medication‘s, medical history, emergency contacts and notes. And it gives you plenty of pages to fill this stuff out so if you’re a caregiver and you have a client with a lot of medical conditions you don’t have to worry you’re not going to run out of space. The pages where you log every single day have everything I need out of all of the books that I ordered to see which one I liked best this was easily hands-down my favorite and most functional

Detailed and easy to use.

This is just a single use, . . . utterly useless bit of fluff. Absolutely no one is going to take the Client's Scribe with them ANYWHERE.It is useless for a caregiver to have this, because it only allows you to load ONE Client's information that you can NOT save as an individual file.I will no longer buy ANYTHING "for Kindle Scribe" as it it all little more than photocopies of antiquated forms that have been used for decades.
