Finger print didn't picck after install

I am just getting to get the use out of this phone protector, so far it is living up to what is claimed, i hope I never get it wet, but it looks sturdy enough

It does seem heavy duty. But I did not like the way the back is... it is like the front, with a clear plastic, like the way the front it, it felt weird and I guess I like the back to have more of a hard back on it, feels safer more protected, but I ordered it anyways lol. 3 things I hated tho, I could not use the fingerprint option, it just wouldn't register, probably because how big the case is and how deep the phone button is in there, also could not plug in anything into the ear phone spot, the hole was too far in for any of my plugs, even the one to connect to my car stereo. Also the front, plastic screen cover, was rippled on mine and not smooth after doing exactly everything the directions said when I put the phone inside. I will use it for the waterproof part when I need it but other than that I ordered a whole different case. I would've returned it but I just don't feel like going through all the trouble so I am stuck with it. I did not do any water or break testing so idk about that stuff about it.

Good phone case just wish the fingerprint reader would work

It protects the ports on the cellphone and protects from scratches and getting dropped.

Bought these for our new phones. Both of us are pleased with the cases.Dropped the phone a few times with no damage. I haven't had the fortitude to drop my phone in the pool yet,but the case has been subjected to heavy bouts of rain. No moisture got to the phone.The finger print reader option is not reliable if that's important to you. But, if you want to protect your phone from everyday wear and tear you should be happy.

I might be a few dollars more but it is well worth it. I have some arthritis in my hand and it is a lot easier to grip & control. Hasn't dropped out of my hand as of yet.....

The case is waterproof. My 4 year old great-grandson knocked me the pool when I was cleaning it with my phone on my side, the phone never got wet.
