this is great
I really like these things not only does it add portablity to your pi zero projects but it adds some usb ports and it acts as a UPC when plugged into mains power.

Excellent and ethical business!
I accidentally broke my board and they acknowledged that the problem may have been the quality of the battery holder. They additionally replaced my battery board with a new version (V1.5) which is slightly larger and has a stronger battery holder that seems to be designed for you to more easily remove the battery and replace it. I am super enthusiastic about this company now.

USB ports did not work
UPS worked great. However, I could not get USB hub to work at all, so I had to return.

Battery holder is brittle with no clear battery size warning
I got the v1.3 variant of this board (only compatible with Raspberry Pi Zero 2W).I should have paid more attention to another review that mentioned the battery holder is very tight because mine snapped with no warning while trying to insert an 18650 cell. The plastic is brittle and the metal contacts don't bend much at all, leading the plastic holder to flex tremendously while inserting the battery. The manual's only information on what 18650 cells to use is in the FAQ "What 18650 battery is recommended?", and the answer is just dimensions in millimeters. To anyone unfamiliar with 18650's, the recommended length of 65.3mm would probably disqualify all 18650's with built-in protection circuitry. After my experience, this "recommendation" should be a requirement that's clearly listed on this product page.Battery holder aside, this seems like a good UPS for the pi zero 2 that adapts the power in to USB-C instead of the Zero's disappointing micro USB. If the battery holder could be made more robust, this would be a solid recommendation. But until then, don't buy unless you're comfortable risking breaking the brittle battery holder.

Battery holder is tight and brittle
Careful, even cap-less 18650s are a tight fit and I have had the crack that cheap plastic carrier...Also, make the damn USB carrier data! Also, sell one without USB and double 18650!!

Uses batteries WITHOUT button top
Maybe it's obvious to everybody else, but you have to use the batteries without a button top.
