We love this swim shirt. It's soft and stretchy enough to fit over a 12 month noggin. We've had no rash or burn problems. I bought a size up the first time but it swallowed my guy - so I consider the age sizing true to size.

My son is 8 months but wears an 18 month clothes.. since is a swimming shirt i did like it a bit loose so i got 24 months
