This product is soothing to my skin and does not make me breakout. I apply after my skin care routine to protect my skin and I really like it.

IDK if I received a defective/or expired product. But the product keep separating, like the green part came out watery, while an oily liquid came out. No matter if I kept shaking before use or mixing in hand, it kept separating.

I am always on the hunt for good facewashes one I can use in the shower and one for at the sink. I am acne prone and normal to dry skin once combo but not since doing skincare as a habit routine. I will say I really like this brand as I have not used the skincare before nor the makeup. I do have a cooling gel mist by this brand that I love I don't even refridgerate it and it gives that cooling sensation everytime. For this face wash a little goes a long way as I think this brand def is good for. The lather is nice too it goes from a cream to a foam depending on how you use it. I like to apply to my face dry and then work it into a lather as I go. I am never disappointed in that at all. For me thou I like to use it at the sink thou it can be messy but it's a nice cleanser and not stripping or drying. However I can't say it does anything for my acne or to worsen it either which I will take but that isn't what I am looking for so for me I will use it but it's not something I will be repurchasing.

I have very sensitive skin and this did not cause any issues for me.

This comes in a tube with a pump. It pumped out fine the first few uses, giving a thick but creamy consistency. But after about 5 uses, it started becoming a struggle to pump out. I have to really shake the tube and squeeze it or else it’ll not come out at all or it’ll come out kind of runny like it’s separated. It’s kind of a pain, but once I figured out I needed to shake it a bunch and squeeze the tube before trying to pump it out. Since then it’s been fine.When applied this gives a VERY cooling effect. It isn’t a slight or subtle cooling effect. If you don’t like that kind of cooling effect, this will not be for you! It was a little off-putting at first because I was expecting it to be more subtle. But, I do like it. It’s nice to help me wake up in the morning! It does help reduce my redness. I don’t have a lot but get red on and around my nose and chin area. This reduces that nicely. It hydrated and smoothed my skin. I have small pores that I notice when I look close up, but they’re not large, but this helped reduce the look of my pores when I looked up close after applying this and my foundation. My foundation applied nice and smoothly. It helped my foundation stay looking nice throughout the day.Overall, I really like this. If the pump was better, it would be an easy 5 stars. But, I figured out how to get it to pump, so I’m still happy with it! Like I said before, if you won’t like an extreme cooling effect, then you probably won’t like this. But, if you would like that, this is a great hydrating and smoothing primer!

The Joah Heal Me CICA Cooling Gel Mist helps to calm the skin and reduce redness. The mist doesn't feel heavy or oily or sticky. It just feels light on the skin and offers a cooling sensation. The CICA mist helps to calm the skin.

It is a nice refreshing mist, which I use after cleansing my face to prep my face for my skincare routine.This mist is interesting, because it appears to be in a thickened gel state in the bottle, but it comes out of the mister as a fine liquid mist. The liquid is thicker than water, and it does leave a more tangible hydrated feeling on the surface of the skin. The mist is cool, and it does have a cooling sensation on the skin. The scent is lightly minty, but it is not overpowering or off-putting in any way.The bottle and cap are plastic with a very functional fine mister.The packaging is nice-looking, and I like the colors.Overall, this is a nice gel mist. It's not my utmost favorite mist, but I do like it. I also like that it is quite unique. I imagine this mist might work really well for those who wear makeup often.
