I bought this to try and learn how to make kombucha. It is fairly helpful but misses a few steps that is unclear

Good and easy read except for the numerous spelling errors. They need a much and I mean much better editor/checker.

Vague instructions not clearly explained. No simple recipe. Here..do this..you've made Kombucha. Disappointing.

There are more helpful (and free) resources, blogs and podcasts available. I purchased this book to help me start home brewing and was very disappointed.

I am sure the information in this ebook is possibly good but it needs to be seriously edited. It is distracting to try to read and figure out what is being said most of the time. Please talk to someone about reading through it. I would like to see what you have to share. Thank you.

This book is so poorly written that I'm amazed it was ever published. Sorry - that sounds harsh. It's true though.

This book has basically the same information that can be downloaded from several online sites.

I read through the book in 20 min. I found it extremely informative and gave me flavouring ideas. I also like the section in the back about things not to do. I chose 4, ba cause I think there could be a little more info, but all in all, pretty good.

Don't buy this book. It's not worth it - full of mistakes and poorly edited! Some sentences don't even make sense.

Badly written, very difficult to follow, particularly in the UK (Gallons and cups)
