Typhoon Living Collection | 13.4" Bread Bin - Cream

I saw this on the kitchen counter in the Disney movie Disenchanted and I had to have it!!! I'm so happy that I found the same one in the same color! It's perfect for my kitchen and the top is a thick sturdy bread board. 5 out of 5 stars! Happiness achieved!

Perfect size for one loaf of bread but could be used for other bakery items. Works very well if a kitchen doesn't have a bread drawer.

It’s a neat and clean looking bread, sweets box but it’s small. It’s too small for a full loaf of bread but works well for other bread items (bagels, rolls, sweets, etc)... it works perfect for the space that I have. My only complaint is that the lid doesn’t seem too sturdy and is difficult to open, unless you use both hands.

It's a metal box with a wood lid. It fits well. Probably the most important question is the color. Here is a pic of it between my Hayden toaster and Bella air fryer. I'd call this Typhoon more of a seafoam green that leans blue.

We make all of our own bread so this has really worked well for us! We dont use it as a cutting board but it looks great in the kitchen and fits the large loafs we make in the bread maker. I would buy this again.

This product is not as advertised. For one thing it’s not “carbon steel” at best it is tin with a thin coat of paint sprayed on it. (metallurgy class in college I detested comes in handy for something) It arrived with a dent in the left side and paint already chipping off. I am not sure why though as the box showed no signs of damage and was packed okay. However it did ship from a distributor not the manufacturer so it was either repacked after a return or packed this was from the maufacturer. Anyway, concealed damage so inspect yours before throwing away the return box. As already stated many times by others the top falls right into the container. This will not fit a large size bread such as a large Wonder Bread but more like a package of 8- hotdog and or hamburger rolls. The imitation bamboo lid (think cheap laminate flooring) falls into the container, the product was dented, paint is chipping off all around the top and there are clumps of glue on the lid. It looks like they glued an inner smaller piece of laminate to the top piece underside (?why) and maybe hung it up to dry allowing the glue run down the lid to the bottom and dry there. If anyone can guess why that extra piece of woodish material is there for in the first place maybe you win a prize or something. And lastly, I really hope Amazon does not filter this comment. This product has made in China written all over the box. It is becoming clear that as consumers we need to start paying attention to what Amazon is selling because honestly who has time to deal with crap product.. something happening on more of my orders than not. My next review will be on a floor fan. Same scenario but worse. I am beginning to become jaded with what Amazon is selling. Where is their due dillegence? Maybe after a certain number/percentage of 1- star verified purchase reviews a product should be “put on notice”. This has a 10% 1- star review, I’d have given it a 0 if I could have. And why is there no such thing as a zero review?

Nice looking and would otherwise been very happy with it, but the dimensions listed are way bigger. This item is actually 13 wide, 6.25 high and 7.25 deep

LOVE the blue color and the bamboo lid. Very pretty, I will be ordering canisters based on how much I like the bread box. I have not had any issues with the lid falling in as mentioned in other reviews.
