The product itself works well. I contacted customer service to purchase an additional Zinc anode. They were most helpful and the issue was easily resolved. Very Happy.

Easy installation

Fairly easy install, it takes a bit of adjusting to dial it in. It's a must for salt pools.

I needed a Zinc Anode replacement rod and contacted SKY and they are sending me one out.New review they sent email stating they are under court order and cant issue replacements. So I will not be doing any orders.

This product works very well and is easy to install. You can see the anode so that you know that it's working.Great customer service!

A complete package that includes the copper wire and connector. If you want to prevent corrosion of your heater elements, rails and lights then install this anode. Many heater designs are incorporating such an anode but they are small, last only two years and are very expensive. BlueWorks pool version is much larger and easy to replace

Installed nicely and when I screwed back in the black valve at the top with very little force, it snapped in half. I called customer service and they are shipping me a replacement

Got the product damaged apparently but didn’t notice till after the return period was over, the pool contractor didn’t open the box until after return period was over and have no way of contacting the manufacturer so now I’m stuck with a broke product
