These are great! They double as an Ab roller and for push-ups. I love the soft foam knee pads and the brakes work well. There is a pin you can remove or put it to keep the handles from spinning and they glide very well. It is definitely a wonderful home gym tool!!

I have two sons in the military .. I got this for my one son as a Christmas present and my other son tried them out who's also in the military lol he doesn't want me to give them to his brother as he now wants them .. He said the knee pads are amazing and they work great for his upper body lifts!

Great workout tool in a small form factor!This kit is great for doing a nice workout when there is no time to head to the gym!The push-up mode really helps support a proper form, and helps protect my wrists from injury (I've had an issue with my wrists in the past)and if you are looking to really give your abs a good workout, try these in ab roller mode. You won't necessarily feel it that much in the beginning, but the next day you will feel the results!!I also like that it comes included with knee pads for the ab mode, it is very thoughtful to include this in a travel kit. I used to use a rolled towel as a cushion.
