Q: Do I need a special light to dry this? Mine did not dry at all and just dripped off my nails like oil........ so confused

I haven’t used mine yet, but I did order a UV nail light for after the nail gel application so the gel can process just like you would in a salon. I would suggest you investing in one......many UV lights here on Amazon.

Q: Which light do you need?

You can use both. 1 minute for LED cure 2 minutes for UV cure

Q: What is the difference between the top coat non wipe and the regular top coat?

Its a no wipe top coat and the others have to be wiped down after use
