Product functioned well for 8 months, then it's switch stopped working. As warranty is for 2 years, Agaro changed the Product after checking on phone through whatsApp video call. It took 5-6 days in all. Warranty obliged. But Product went bad in 8 months, so 4 star.

Value for money. Very good product and was well for 8 months, then there was a problem with the switch. Contacted customer care explaining the issue on video call and they responded well. In no time, they replaced with new product.Great customer support of AGARO. I'll recommend buying AGARO products.

I’ve been using it for some time now and seems to be doing to the job of boiling eggs.Finishing is not good, you find sharp edges around the cutout and the plastic feels like a cheap quality.I wouldn’t use it for poaching because I am not so confident about the plastic tray. It doesn’t say if it is BPA free and feels quite cheap and flimsy.

Its a great helpful gadget in helping you get the perfect boiled egg in whichever way you prefer. I am a diabetic and am on egg diet , and I used to struggle in getting the perfect boiled egg. My eggs would either crack open during boiling it and whole pan would be messy or I would end up putting more water or less water and even boiling time was not properly known to me.With this gadget, its simple and exact science applied. The measurements of cup tells you how much water to be added for whatever type of boiled egg firmness one wants. The cup also has a small pin 📌 attached to it to help puncture the eggshell so that it doesn't crack or burst open during boiling operation. Just place water, put eggs on the boil tray and Start machine ..the machine itself doesn't have a start timer and is purely automatic. It starts by itself and will shut off by itself depending upon how much water is there in the bottom pan. The eggs comes out perfect and beautifully done. Already tried soft boil, medium boil and poached egg format. Its simply good. Will be checking for longterm performance and durability of this product.Good helpful buy for bachelor, single working professional or people short on time . Thanks agaro team
